Keepin it 100

Are you looking for a new at-home full body workout? Well you're in luck!

I was going to post a fun "Friday 5" about my upcoming trip to Australia....but then I realized it's been a good while since I've posted a new workout for you guys. Shame on me!

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't they say in rap songs that they're "keepin' it 100"? Kyle is the real hip hop mogul, but I like a good rhyme too.

Today's workout will have you keepin' it 100 for 4 rounds of fun.

The workout is written to not need weights, but feel free to add 5-10lb dumbbells for the squats and lunges.

I googled "Keepin' It 100" just to be sure of the accurate meaning.  Consider yourself educated.

I started my morning with a 6 mile run.  I was just aiming to finish under 60 minutes and with the heat those last two miles were a push. But I did it. 6 miles - 59:01.  I'm always so happy and feel so proud when I'm done.  An ice bath and a smoothie are in order ASAP!
I'm excited for the rest of the afternoon.  I have a hair appointment and dinner reservations at one of my favorite places Seasons 52.
