12 Days of Christmas Workout

Would you love a workout inspired by your favorite never ending Christmas song?

Well then today's ThrowDown Thursday is for you!

This week's workout is a fun "workout game" that can be done at home or at the gym.  You will need 1 set of dumbbells and 2 dice from any board game.

Roll the dice.  Whichever number they land on perform 30 seconds of that exercise then roll again.  Repeat for 25 minutes or until you feel like a "Partridge in a Pear Tree".

Bonus points if you sing along while working out.

The 12 Days of Christmas Workout:
This workout would be fun to do at Christmas with the family or to challenge your friends to a pre-cookie party burn.
