Lift Like a Zombie

Welcome our brave friends to ThrowDown Thursday!

Today we lift and sweat like zombies, because let's face it, if when the Zombies attack only the fittest will survive.  I also had a nice round table discussion with some zombies the other day and they assured me that all readers and Twitter followers of ours would be saved.  Shew.  Lucky you.

Just in case the zombies are lying, give this full-body circuit workout a try.
It's designed to elevate your heart rate by giving you minimal rest. It will also give you a good dose of strength building and it's good for people of all fitness levels.  Go heavy on the weights if you're advanced or stay light for those of you just falling in love with fitness.

If you fail at the exercise (meaning you can't simply do anymore) before the minute is up then rest for 6 seconds. Then try to get a few more reps before your time is up.  ThrowDown and do work!  The Zombies are watching!
