I'm having a very difficult relationship with football season. Our "teams" have gone through more heartbreaking losses this season it seems than ever before. Between the Cowboys missed last second field goal to San Diego's epic Monday night collapse my football soul is hurting. If you're going to lose, can you please do it in the 1st quarter? I don't know how much longer my "hope" can survive.
I don't like to be bummed. So I'm looking for some positive thoughts today.
My wonderful friend Bree tweeted me this link yesterday and I had to share. Have you ever heard of wheelchair bodybuilding?
I think it's pretty darn inspiring. Regardless of your limitations or difficulties you should be able to achieve every dream.
Kyle and I are focusing this week on clean eats and no treats. I feel like I say that every week? We have been some serious "weekend warriors" in the cheat meal department. Ugh.
Here's a look at our weekly In & Out:
Monday's typical salad was great. I've been using Just Bare organic chicken tenders with Trader Joe's everyday seasoning and it's been delicious. Why are chicken tenders tastier than chicken diced?
What do you do when your "team" loses?
Love and poor sports,
Carissa & Kyle
