Iso-Attack At Home Workout

If you think you can't get a great workout without any equipment then you are LOCO!

Inspired by the gorgeous beaches of Cancun, Kyle created an at-home leg workout focusing on pre-exhausting your legs with isometric holds followed by a 3 minute plyo-circuit that you repeat.

This workout requires no equipment, but a timer would help.  I'd follow it up with an awesome ab routine. Don't be shy about blaring the dance music too. We would!

Kyle and I tried to stick to our regular workout routines while on vacation.
It was hard and my body definitely wasn't fueled with the best nutrients which lead to much lower energy. But as I say....you never regret a workout!
Give this workout a try next time you're relaxing on a tropical beach....or needing a good leg burn from home.
