Instagram Friday

Happy Friday friends! Happy Instagram Friday!

It has been quite a week here at Fit2Flex with my Medical Nutrition Therapy midterm/case studes, Minnie's 2 emergency vet visits, and the wonderful Evolution Fitness Orlando Grand Opening last night. I'm working this weekend at Disney once again and Kyle will be training, training, training....

But....since it is Friday let's take a look at our week through the lens of Instagram.

Apparently, not everyone shares my love of Instagram.  Tsk, Tsk.
Yesterday I kicked up my Women's Half training with 4 repeat 400's with 2 minutes walking rest in between. My 400 splits were around 1:45. I also ran at 11am. Those aren't tears, just pure sweat.
Next week I have a new recipe to share with you. It's very easy and versatile.  Shown here is sauteed chicken made with coconut oil, grape tomatoes, corn, and goat cheese.
Kyle and I also treated ourselves to a post-workout Chipotle bowl.  We are officially addicted!
Finally, I have some good news to share. I'm going to DisneyWorldLand! I have the official word that I will be in Anaheim over Labor Day to announce the DisneyLand Half Marathon.  Anybody running?
