It can be a hard and frustrating journey. I have been in Australia for the past 2 weeks with Icon Fitness talking about working out, fitness, and weight loss. It dawned on me that I've chatting about weight loss each day and NOT sharing it with my readers. Shame on me.
If you are just starting your weight loss journey, then consistency is key. Commit to losing weight and working out and find a system that works for you. I recommend doing am cardio. Even if you can only start walking 5 minutes then start there. Commit to get moving 3-5 days a week and keep that promise to yourself.
2. Be patient.
Health and fitness are long term, life-long goals. If you are consistent with your workouts, then changes will happen....but it may not be instant. Be patient with your weight loss goals and be patient with yourself. Nobody is perfect, so if you make a mistake be forgiving and get back on that healthy horse.
3. Incline walking.
I love incline walking for weight loss. I'm a runner, but running isn't for everyone. Incline walking is a great way to burn more calories at a lower speed for those non-runners out there.
