Stellar Shoulders in Sydney

Today I have a great full body workout for you and a tale of a sub-par Italian lunch.

If you've trained with Kyle at Evolution Fitness, then you know he can be tough.  Sometimes I think he's even tougher when he writes travel workouts. This workout is a full-body workout with a killer second set of shoulders.  I like it.

Try this for stellar shoulders in Sydney:

I fueled up post-workout with a chocolate Vega sport protein shake.
After my workout I set out on a journey for a tasty lunch and some sightseeing.  The Sydney Harbor is a long walk from my hotel, however I was looking for food without much luck and ended up down there. The other day I had great luck with wandering into a cute cafe, however today wasn't so lucky. Are you ever looking for a place to eat and just can't find anything? That was me.  I finally settled on a waterfront Italian cafe with a good view.
I ordered the chicken parm with salad and it came with chips. Those Aussies love their chips! I swear I get them with every meal! The chicken parm was okay, but greasier then my usual lunch.
I left Rossini's and headed towards the Opera House...and walked right by a cafe selling a chicken and roast pumpkin salad. Grrrrrrr! Next time.

I took a few photos of the Opera House and entertainers around the harbor before starting my walk back.
On the way back to my hotel I stopped in a mall called "The Galleries" that had a Dark Knight Rises exhibit.  How cool! All these bats were handmade.
G'day Christian Bale!
In the afternoon I headed back to the TV station to talk about the benefits of intervals and ellipticals with Pro-Form.
Have you seen the Dark Knight Rises?  What'd you think?

Love and the caped crusader,
Carissa & Kyle
