If you've trained with Kyle at Evolution Fitness, then you know he can be tough. Sometimes I think he's even tougher when he writes travel workouts. This workout is a full-body workout with a killer second set of shoulders. I like it.

wandering into a cute cafe, however today wasn't so lucky. Are you ever looking for a place to eat and just can't find anything? That was me. I finally settled on a waterfront Italian cafe with a good view.
I took a few photos of the Opera House and entertainers around the harbor before starting my walk back.
