Full Body Workout from the King

Today's workout post comes to you from Kyle.
Ever since Evolution Fitness Orlando opened he has been cranking out some great workouts and killing it over there! I'm so proud!

This is a full body workout he wrote for me during my last few days in Australia. Give it a try and if you need any equipment modifications let me know and I can give some recommendations.

I thought I was working out hard over there. I'm constantly pushing myself, but nothing compares to the workout you get with a good trainer. I may have dry heaved at my first workout back on Tuesday.  Did somebody say sexy?


The gym isn't the only place I've been getting my butt kicked this week. I came back from Australia just in time to start an accelerated Medical Nutrition Therapy class.
#intense I am actually enjoying learning the material. It's just a lot of important stuff that I need to know and it's all coming at me so fast.

Yup, they're big. Yes, I have them. Of course, I hate shopping for jeans.
