Headed to Denver

Thank you to the Orlando International Airport for having a free wi-fi connection! Woot woo!
I'm blogging at my gate as I'm headed to Denver for the FHBC Conference.  Ah Denver - the sunshine state. (name that movie quote.)

I have been on-the-go since Monday early am and I still feel like I'm going 100+ miles an hour.  This is a sign of how crazy my life has been.

I was studying in bed last night when I realized that I was starving.  I had some peanut butter. Then I went to bed with the jar next to my head.  Nothing but classy.
This morning I knocked out my Quantity Food Purchasing final, finished packing, spent quality time with the cats, fixed Kyle's crock pot dinner, and here I am!  I made sure I had time to foam roll before I left.  I did some serious squats yesterday and my quads are feeling it now.
I also made an effort to cram as many nutrients into my body as possible with a pre-airport smoothie.
In the mix:
- GAT Chocolate Prolein
- Frozen banana
- Fresh raspberries
- Spinach
- Almond milk

It wasn't my finest work, but it did the job.  I'm already starving at the airport, but I have a chicken taco waiting for me and some celery sticks.
Apparently my car is windy.
Tonight in Denver I'll meet up with my roomie Alec from Adventures with Alexandra and we have an informal pizza party meet 'n greet.  I'm not a big pizza fan, so hopefully there's a salad portion of the party.  High maintainence...right here.

Tomorrow is our first official conference day. Here's my agenda:
The early morning is a roundtable presentation with some of the awesome FitFluential ladies and for the pm workout class I'm thinking about tackling the Tabata Boot Camp.  I do love me some intervals.

What's the weirdest snack you've eaten right before bed?

Love and Peter Pan,
Carissa & Kyle
