At Home Workout - The Sequel

This week has been crazy for us over in Fit2Flex land.  Lots going on, lots of good things...just lots.  Regardless of all that I really wanted to share a new workout with you this week.  I may also be procrastinating from studying for my Quality Food Purchasing mid-term....it's possible.

In keeping up with yesterday's sensible snacks, I had a very filling low-carb tortilla with peanut butter, banana, and chia seeds for my morning snack.  It filled me for 3 hours.  Great success. Anybody remember that movie quote?

When I need to sneak in an at-home workout I keep turning back to our 5-4-3-2-1 workout.  It's challenging for sure.  I wanted to keep that same scheme and make a few tweaks to the exercises so it felt fresh and new.

I proudly present to you 5-4-3-2-1 The Sequel.This one needs no equipment at all. Just YOU!

The first version used dumbbells and this one doesn't. Because of your arms won't get as much of a burn, but this is still a calorie killer! And I like that you really can do it anywhere!

Dinner last night was an "army of antioxidant" salad with blueberries, strawberries, spinach, and avocado.  I whipped up my own dressing too with EVOO, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Mmmm!

Now I really have to study...really...
