Recipe for Love

Please allow today's post to serve as a great big hug for all the Mom's out there.
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

As far as Mom's go, mine is pretty awesome.  I think she may be part superhero. In my 27 years, I don't think I've come across anything she couldn't do.
She's loving, caring, nurturing, and a pretty tough chic all rolled into one.

As a single parent she did it all. Fixed dinner, fixed cars, fixed bumps and bruises, you name it. She also never missed a single gymnastics meet, cheering game, or school assembly ever.  Which is insanely impressive considering one season I competed in 3 varsity sports.
Now that I'm an adult she hasn't stopped to take her cape off yet.

She is still leaping tall buildings and chasing down dreams (seriously read here).
She still looks fabulous doing it.

I emailed her and asked her what her favorite recipe was.  I wanted to share some "Mamma cooking" on the blog.

Here's what she sent me.

Take one house.  Fill it with love and a double heaping of laughter ...  add cats to taste ...

See, I told you she's awesome.

Here's to all the moms out there, far and near, who fill their homes with love.

Love #1 WOW,
Carissa & Kyle
