Since yesterday's post was a little serious I thought I'd lighten things up today. Please watch this video. It has nothing to do with fitness or health, but gosh it's funny.
Yesterday I also had a guest post up the The Colourful Palate. If you remember, Charissa did a guest post for me last summer and I was happy to return the favor.
My post included an ab workout suitable for "every day" training. For most body parts I crave unique training, however I'm totally satisfied doing the same ab routine over and over. I have no idea why.
I hope your abdominal muscles enjoy this routine as they prepare for summer pool parties and beach bashes.

The workout can be done all at once or you can break it up into 2 separate workouts. Do the even numbers on days that you're at the gym and the odd numbers on days you train at home.
