4 Rounds to Freedom at Home Workout

Thank you so much for the great response from our last at home workout (5-4-3-2-1 workout)! Call us nerdy, but it excites us to see people pinning and enjoying the workouts we create.

I was surprised to see how many of you workout at home.  Up until recently all my workouts happened at the gym, but it's very easy to see why that's not always the best option for everyone.  Gyms memberships aren't always economical or time-wise and things happen.  Your living room, however, is always ready for a workout!

I created this routine to keep my heart rate elevated and hit every major muscle group.

This workout can be done with any weight dumbbell. I used 8lbs.  If you can't get through the entire set (for example 20 squat presses) then do as many as you can, pause, and finish.  It's okay to break and then continue.

If you have questions about any of the exercises please email us so we can clarify.  Or google the exercise, most likely there are pictures or video.
Here are a few photos of some of the more uncommon moves.
180 jump squat
Bridge up - do slowly.
Also there's a video from our Fit2Flex50 series that shows the plank push-up and lunge split jump (jump lunge).

We sincerely hope all of you enjoy this workout and love the sweat it brings.  Don't worry...it's only your fat crying!

What tough exercise move do you like to do at home?
