Fit2Flex 50 Challenge - Week 3 Check In

Happy Sunday!  Once again it's time to stand up and be proud that you finished this week's Fit2Flex50 Challenge!

I really loved this week's challenge, because I am such a huge fan of plank push-ups.  It's almost summer, so tank top ready shoulders are a must have item!
