My sexy Valentine

My Valentine is sexy.  I'm not afraid to say it.
My favorite thing?
Well since it's Valentine's and we can talk about "man candy" I'm going to go with his muscular chest.  Some girls like glutes..I'm a sucker for a beefy chest.
Ladies if you want your man to have a little chest to snuggle into here's a Kyle approved chest workout.  And, yes, it can be done my women too.  And don't worry...it will have no effect on your uh *ahem* chest!
Our "pumped for pecs" workout is here to give some love to your chest!
You can add these exercises to your current workout routine or complete as a killer chest combo.  Kyle works chest typically 2 times a week as part of a full-body routine.  Kyle usually pairs a pressing chest exercise with a pulling exercise (For example -reverse grip pull up, deadlifts)

There are other variations of these move too that you can incorporate as your strength grows like dumbbell chest fly's on the stability ball as seen below.

Tonight I'm excited for a delicious, romantic meal at The Melting Pot! To say I've been looking forward to this dinner is an understatement!!
I hope you have a great time with your Valentine!  However, if you don't have one this year don't fret!  Love yourself by eating well and working out!  And a chocolate treat isn't a bad idea!
