1. I want thinner thighs
The most popular Fit2Flex post on how to tackle my #1 trouble spot.
This workout focuses on toning the biceps and triceps.
Beginner's strength workout
We all start somewhere. Getting in the gym is step one. Step two is learning to use the machines. This will teach proper form and prevent injury. Start doing the exercises once and progress to 2-3 rotations.
4. The Filthy 50
This workout notoriously left me and about 10 of Kyle's clients sore for 4 days! It burned, but I saw results in my strength and leg tone.
5. What is High Intensity Training?
We don't just lift....we HIT. If you're not sure what that means check out the basics of HIT training. We firmly believe it is the best way to get in shape, build lean muscle, and prevent injury.
