Weekly Meal Planning

I've said it before, but I'll say it again....the biggest key to diet/weight loss/weight maintenance success is PLANNING! Planning healthy meals and workouts ahead of time makes it much easier for me to visualize my goals and stick to my plan.

Here's a look at our dinners and workouts for the upcoming week.
It's going to be a tough one. I have 3 races to announce (3 4am wake-up calls and very early breakfasts) plus 2 dinners out, a family birthday party, and a much anticipated trip to Epcot's Food & Wine Festival.

This week it's definitely about "maintenance" and eating as clean as I can when I can.

  1. I love planning meals for the week. I post it right on the fridge so it is super easy to refer to all week. Is it sad I feel accomplished knowing I have everything already taken care of? LOL
