When I grocery shop I do so with a detailed list and my coupon binder. For me, the key to healthy eating is preparation and the grocery store is where it all starts. Every once in a while, however, something jumps off the shelves at me and gets me pretty stinkin excited!

My friend Kim first alerted me to Go Picnic online. She has Celiac disease, so gluten-free is a must. Once I saw these babies on the shelves at Target I had to try them! Love, love, love!
