I'm alone on a Saturday night. And eating chocolate chips from my freezer. I've gone back for
Kyle is at his annual Father's Day dinner with his Dad and USF friends (and their Dad's) at his favorite restaurant, Del Frisco's. As I type, Kyle is probably enjoying a large, man-sized steak.

| For you Kim! |
Dinner was a Margherita Tortilla Pizza. It was so good. It could've been served in a restaurant. I mean it!
I topped a whole wheat tortilla with marinara sauce, home-grown basil and cherry tomatoes, and part-skim mozzarella. I heated it in the toaster oven while I put together a quick spinach, red pepper, blueberry salad.
The pizza was soooooo good! The sweetness from the basil and home-grown tomatoes was out of this world. I ate it very slowly and in small bites to savor the flavor.
And then there were some chocolate chips! A girl's gotta compensate for being alone, right? If only chocolate could help me learn organic chemistry. Maybe someday.
Love and cocoa,
Carissa & Kyle
Coupon Brag:
In last Wednesday's grocery circulars there was a Buy 1, Get 2 Free Chicken Breast coupon for Albertson's. Publix accepts competitors coupons, so I was able to get 3 packages of chicken breasts for $5.89.
I had a great Publix trip. Saved $49 and spent $31. Holla!
